2008 Track Champion Points System
- Points championship will be determined by the 1st six events
March 15 April 12 May 10
June 14 September 13 October 11
- November's event will have an awards ceremony at mid point of the tractor
pull.
- There is a one time registration fee of $25.00 per class to run for points in
2008.
- A tractor can be signed up for points in no more than 2 classes.
- You get 5 points per hook on qualified pulls with a recorded distance.
- The breakdown for points at a event are as follows:
1st place - 10 points 6th place - 5 points
2nd place - 9 points 7th place - 4 points
3rd place - 8 points 8th place - 3 points
4th place - 7 points 9th place - 2 points
5th place - 6 points 10th place - 1 point
* Anybody who places below 10th place will only receive 5 hook points on a
qualified pull with a recorded distance.
- Whoever has the the most points in the class at the end of the 6th event
will be awarded the track champion for that weight class at the
November pull.
*In the event of a points tie a pull off will be held to determine the
championship.
There must be 3 or more pullers signed up in your class to pull for
points. Your money will be refunded if there is not enough participation.
